I hereby inform you that on 27/03/2026 at approximately 3.45 pm, the defendant: 1. Sasmit Tripura, mobile number- 01611528125, father unknown, mother unknown, address unknown. My cousin’s elder brother, Mitan Chakma (38), lives outside the country (in Thailand). My cousin’s elder brother, the defendant, from 1st March 2026 to 23/04/2026, armed workers of the UPDF party using different IDs and numbers, called my own mobile number +66 84 283 5082, which is the defendant’s number 01611528125, directly and on my own number, using the WhatsApp app, to threaten my life multiple times at different times. Even through Facebook ID, whose Facebook ID is Sasmit Tripura, whose link ID is https://www.facebook.com/share/18 PEXVjbgW/ https://www.facebook.com/Dark.Warriors.CHT, I have been threatened with my life on Facebook at various times. In this situation, my brother’s life is insecure. In such a situation, my family is also living in fear, and my family is asking me to take refuge in the law. So, I have sought legal help from you to get proper justice. When I later called the said number, I was threatened with death along with arms. My family and I are living in fear. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the above matter in a regular diary for the future.
